Frequently Asked Questions

  • Expect an intentional, high-energy experience designed to challenge, ground, and transform you. Our classes combine powerful movement, heat, breath, music, and mindfulness to build strength in both body and mind.

You’ll sweat, move, breathe deeply, and leave feeling clearer, stronger, and more connected to yourself. Some moments may challenge you — that’s part of the growth — but you’ll always be supported by our instructors and community.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if it’s your first time. This allows time to check in, settle, and enter the room without rushing.

  • Yes. Baptiste Power Yoga classes are practiced in a heated room, typically around 87–90°F. The heat supports mobility, circulation, and focus. You are always encouraged to rest, hydrate, and regulate your own experience.

  • No. You do not need prior yoga experience to practice here. Our classes are intelligently sequenced and offer options for all bodies. What matters most is a willingness to show up, breathe, and move with intention. Although not a requirement, we do recommend registering for our New Student Workshop for those new to Baptiste Power Yoga.

  • Bring a yoga mat, water, and a towel. Wear clothing you can comfortably move and sweat in. Yoga Mat and Towel rentals are available.

  • We’re more than just a workout. Zion Power Yoga is an experience.

Our classes combine the intensity and discipline of Baptiste Power Yoga with intentional music, heat, breath, and presence to create something deeply transformative — physically and mentally. Every class is designed to help you build strength, clear your mind, and reconnect to yourself in a real way.

We value powerful movement, authentic community, and meaningful teaching. No ego, no pressure to “perform,” and no need to already look or be a certain way before walking through the door.

Just show up ready to move, sweat, grow, and surprise yourself with what you’re capable of.

  • Baptiste Power Yoga is just what the name implies; vigorous and powerful. It contains 53 poses, or asanas, that are linked together by connective momentum. It is an intuitive practice, one that does not enforce any set of rigid rules and follows the natural laws of the body which dictate balance and counter balance, control and surrender, pose and repose, modification and acceleration. Practitioners receive all of the benefits of the more traditional yogic methods while still leaving room for clarity and play.
